First, we need to check your details and your website hosting and login details before we activate your account. We also like to do a full backup of your site before we start working. We also like to have one to one initial chat with our new clients using the free video conference software Zoom.

Once that is done, you are welcome to submit your first job. We aim to start working on solving your problem as soon as possible. Based our experience new clients will have a large list of problems that they want fixed ASP! We will do our best to come to a agreed list of the really urgent problems and the secondary list less urgent problems with your new clients.
