What if I Need More Support Time or Have a larger Project?

If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for the time exceeded at our normal hourly rate of $75 per hour. You also will have the opportunity to purchase ‘pre-paid blocks’ that can be used as needed (based on our membership discounted hourly rate of $50 per hour.

How long does a task take to complete?

We complete most non urgent treatments in 24 hours or less. If you request a task over the weekend, we generally take care of it on Monday afternoon a unless we deem it to be urgent!

First, we need to check your details and your website hosting and login details before we activate your account. We also like to do a fully backup of your site before we start working.

Once that is done, you are welcome to submit your first job. We aim to start working on solving your problem.

What does 24/7 support mean?

Most jobs are completed Monday to Friday, during WP-Tonic’s normal out patient clinic hours. We monitor incoming tasks over the weekend, so if there’s an urgent/death issue we can call in a WP Tonic developer for extra help and get your website up and running.

We find that 99% of customer are totally happy with one these three solutions.

Unfortunately, we don’t white label our service and choose only to work directly with business owners. We do have a very competitive affiliate program you can join. We also provide custom services to graphic designers,PR companies and WordPress consultants.

We’ll fix that, too. This may involve recovering from one of our backups, depending on what’s happened.

What happens if an update breaks my site?

We’ll fix it, or we’ll roll it back to a safe version of the site. We can repair or replace most basic plugins fairly easily and quickly. For premium plugins like shopping carts (Premier Plan only), repairs can take considerably longer. For large-scale fixes related to complex custom page templates for commercial plugins such as WooCommerce, we will usually recommend contacting the developer or programmer who built them for you.

Yes it does! A high-quality host is especially important for business websites. WP Tonic services will work with most hosts.

If you’ve had problems with your host or if they are not providing the recommended WordPress environment, we more then happy can get you moved and site up with WPEngine.
