If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with your approval, work past the time and bill for the time exceeded at our normal hourly rate of $75 per hour. However, as a member you also will have the opportunity to purchase ‘pre-paid blocks of time that can be used as needed at discounted hourly rate of $50 per hour!

Our Elite plan is great for somebody either running well established startup, membership/LMS or Woocommerce website that’s growing quickly who is also looking for a real trusted long term WordPress development partner.
To help make sure we can keep all of our customers happy, we only do small WP procedures connected to our Standard plan. With our Premium and Elite plans we can do slightly larger jobs including graphics.* With our Standard plan we do job of 30 minutes in length and with our Premium and Elite plans this increases to 45 minutes per job.
However, also all our clients at different membership levels can buy blocks of discounted hours ($50 per hour) to do larger jobs without changing their monthly plan.

We complete most non urgent tasks* in 48 hours during Monday to Friday. If you request a task over the weekend, we generally start looking at these tasks on Monday a unless we deem it to be urgent!
*we classify urgent tasks as either your website has been hacked, members can’t login or new members can’t sign up!
First, we need to check your details and your website hosting and login details before we activate your account. We also like to do a full backup of your site before we start working. We also like to have one to one initial chat with our new clients using the free video conference software Zoom.
Once that is done, you are welcome to submit your first job. We aim to start working on solving your problem as soon as possible.
Most jobs are completed Monday to Friday, during WP-Tonic’s normal business hours. We monitor incoming tasks over the weekend, so if there’s an urgent/death issue we can call in a WP Tonic developer for extra help and get your website up and running.
Our hosting partner Kinsta does not offer a internal email service to it’s customers, so we normally recommend these three solutions Google Apps, Microsoft 365 Office or if you are a small business or non-profit Zoho Mail which is Free, 10 Mail Boxes 5GB max per account. We find that 99% of customer are totally happy with one these three solutions
Unfortunately, we don’t white label our service and choose only to work directly with business owners. We do have a very competitive affiliate program you can join. We also provide custom services to graphic designers,PR companies and WordPress consultants.

For premium plugins like shopping carts (Business Plus Plan), repairs can take considerably longer. For large-scale fixes related to complex custom page templates for commercial plugins such as WooCommerce, we normally ask our members to buy blocks of discounted hours ($50 per hour) which allows us to do these larger updating jobs.
