You can buy additional discounted development hours; our standard agency hourly rate is $70 per hour however as a member of WP-Tonic tribe you get this lowered to $50 per hour with a minimum (5 hours) purchase blocks. Also our members can buy single concierge hours where we do none development jobs for our members.
Our Essential plan are great for medium size LMS or membership websites, maybe you are an eLearning entrepreneur or none profit organization that needs a trusted WordPress company’s help. We got you covered.
Our Concierge plan is great for somebody either running well established membership/LMS with Woocommerce functionality that’s growing quickly who is also looking for a real trusted long term WordPress development partner.
To help make sure we can keep all of our customers happy, we only do small (non-development) procedures connected to our Essential and Concierge monthly plans. With our Concierge plans we can do s larger jobs non-development) including graphics.*

We complete most non urgent tasks* in 48 hours during Monday to Friday. If you request a task over the weekend, we generally start looking at these tasks on Monday a unless we deem it to be urgent!
*we classify urgent tasks as either your website has been hacked, members can’t login or new members can’t sign up!
First, we need to check your details and your website hosting and login details before we activate your account. We also like to do a full backup of your site before we start working. We also like to have one to one initial chat with our new clients using the free video conference software Zoom.
Once that is done, you are welcome to submit your first job. We aim to start working on solving your problem as soon as possible. Based our experience new clients will have a large list of problems that they want fixed ASP! We will do our best to come to a agreed list of the really urgent problems and the secondary list less urgent problems with your new clients.
We monitor your website 24/7 however most fixes/jobs are completed Monday to Friday, during WP-Tonic’s normal business hours. We monitor incoming tasks over the weekend, so if there’s an urgent/death issue we can call in a WP Tonic developer for extra help and get your website up and running.

The main reason why we require a minimum 3 month sign -up period connected to our monthly plans is that we have found that we really have to do a lot of initial work connected to helping clients get their websites totally FIT and ready to take on the online world .
