In this episode Jonathan and Bill dig into the real estate industry to see how WordPress, social media and traditional media all work in real estate marketing. What we found is that real estate agents still need to go the basics of establishing spears of influence call farms, both personal and geographical. That a good CRM program tied into social media can be of great benefit especially when it is tied to traditional mail and print media.
Furthermore we found that real estate agents in order to establish social credibility, need real estate websites, with a blog and some type of drip email system to develop an online presence. We feel that while traditional media still works in Reno, Nevada, in some metropolitan areas, traditional media is not cost effective. Today, social media and the web play a much larger role in the real estate industry.
