Not included are custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc.), updating custom code and the creation of digital content, building a whole new website or subdomain, or any other single task that will take more than an hour to do. We will not build any new marketing automation as part of our support plans that will take more than or less than an hour to do.
EXAMPLE 1
- Included: You want us to change the logo with the one you or we have provided.
EXAMPLE 2
- Included: You want us to add a new product to your WooCommerce store (for which you’ve provided all the needed content).
- Not included: You want us to create a custom checkout process for your WooCommerce store.
EXAMPLE 3
- Included: You want us to install and set up a plugin to use its built-in functionality.
- Not included: You want us to create new functionality that doesn’t exist in a plugin. (This would require custom development which may be available at an hourly development rate.)
EXAMPLE 4
- Included: You want us to take the text you emailed and use it to replace the current content on your About page.
- Not included: You want us to write content for your About page.
However, for semi-larger micro-projects, if you have an ongoing maintenance plan with us, you will get 30% off our normal agency hourly rate, which is $150.
