We really enjoyed this interview with Mario Peshev who is a top rated developer and business owner in the WordPress community. John recommended we should get Mario on the show and he was right. I was just so impressed by Mario’s ability to explain complicated subjects in a direct and clear manner!

Mario’s Success and Leadership Principles
1. Whatever happens within your company, it’s your fault — own it and don’t blame others.
2. Delivering outstanding quality for a client is more important than what they think is right. Never hesitate to point to “The Right Way”.
3. DevriX believes in three core pillars of a web project: Speed, Security and Stability.
4. Success is not a one-time thing — it’s a process. Building a long-term business relationship is the only way to provide real value and support the business efforts.
5. You’re doing entrepreneurship wrong if you’re in your comfort zone. Progress happens through experimentation, transformation, and innovation.
